立式风幕柜风机的气动性能型式实验：利用实验、检测仪器对出厂负压立式风幕柜按批量对性能进行抽样测试。整机运转电流检测。成品立式风幕柜进入库前检验：油漆完整无损;运转时间大于30分钟;正常载荷情况下，没有异常;并且要用振动仪检测整机的振动速率。超速实验：用超速实行机对立式风幕柜进行超速实验。运转时间要大于10分钟;对运转时侯要通过电机的电流进行检测。
